Hi, I'm Rachel a creative director and brand story teller who loves coaching and leading teams. 

I specialize in strategic creative vision, as well as omni-channel brand building. I have deep experience building, managing, and inspiring cross-functional creative teams to produce impactful business results and brand building (and award winning) creative. I have deep experience across both B2C and B2B brands.

I lead teams to create connected and impactful content across integrated channels including TV, video, social, digital, print, OOH, sales, and educational content. With a big-picture vision and a meticulous attention to detail I can successfully drive projects from ideation to production.

I'm incredibly passionate about creative-culture building and have made it a priority to drive this type of programming. At Wayfair I founded the group The Creative Honor Society, created the first ever Wayfair internal creative awards The Pinwheels, and recently planned a Generative Creative AI Day.

 

Outside of work you'll find me riding my Peloton, hiking, painting, trying new restaurants and keeping up with my two young girls.
