How do you turn a transactional babysitter company, Care.com, into a modern experience brand that keeps parents coming back? Change the conversation to focus on family, and the modern services families need now. And focus it about real life, personal, authentic and sometimes a little messy! First up we redefined the Brand in a new Brand Guidelines.

From there we started pulling in more authenticity, warmth and humor into the work. From video and social all the way to product marketing.
